Based on weddings of up to 200 people*

1. Initial Consultation (free of charge)
Review needs and assess budget, venue and number of guests, type of wedding i.e. formal or informal, religious or civil wedding.

2. Venue proposals & costing (£50.00 per hour, maximum 2 hours)
Venue suggestions, prices, supply of brochures and a summary proposal in writing. The cost will include securing the venue and sending out a contract to the supplier.

3. Dress & Wedding Attire sourcing for wedding party (£50.00 per hour, maximum 4 hours)
This includes dress style suggestions, coordinating the fitting appointments, if required and sourcing and coordinating the groom, bridesmaids, ushers, mother of bride attire. The full written proposal and bespoke tailoring suggestions are included. Contracts and timing of fittings and coordinating collection and delivery of dresses/suits also available as part of this service. (Accompanying bride/groom to fittings is on request and subject to an additional charge per hour).

4. Sourcing Catering, wedding cake, favours, & securing contracts (£50.00 per hour, maximum 4 hours)
This package includes coordinating caterers tasting events, arrangements for venue and co ordination of catering in relation to your wedding. Timings for your special day will also be planned. A full written proposal of costing, pricing and availability as well as securing supplier contracts is also included.

5. Sourcing Wedding Entertainment & securing contracts (£50.00 per hour, maximum 2 hours)
This package includes interviewing, obtaining sample work for you to choose from. Coordinating entertainment for your day including DJ’s, live bands, or whatever you wish. A full written proposal will be provided which includes costing, pricing and availability. Supplier contracts will be secured. We will ensure arrangements venue arrangements are in place and coordinate the entertainment in relation to your wedding. This package includes timings for day.

6. Coordinating Registrar & marriage appointments for ceremony (£50.00 per hour, maximum 2 hours)
We can coordinate your appointment with the registrar or efficient for your wedding. We can provide a choice of reading and coordinate your service/ceremony. Full written proposal, order of service and timings will also be available for this package.

7. Sourcing Wedding Transport & securing supplier contracts (£50.00 per hour, maximum 2 hours)
This package includes sourcing appropriate transport from your wish list for you to choose from. Co coordinating transport for your day including a full written proposal of prices and availability and securing supplier sand supplying contracts. Ensuring arrangements for transport are organised and coordination of transport in relation to your wedding which included timings for day.

8. Sourcing Florists & decorations for venue (£50.00 per hour, maximum 2 hours)
This package allows you to have a range of ideas presented to you in line with your requirements. A full written proposal will be given with suggested florists decorators and samples of their work. Prices and sample costing for your wedding will be supplied as well as availability. If booked, contracts will be issued and timings for delivery/decoration etc will be coordinated by Wishes Events.

9. Sourcing Wedding rings (£50.00 per hour maximum, 2 hours)
A full proposal of wedding rings and shops which may stock the ring of your dreams is available along with a fact sheet on wedding rings and how to choose the best one for you.

10. Sourcing Invitation & wedding registry (£50.00 per hour, maximum 4 hours)*
A proposal in writing is available as well as sample stationery for your big day. Coordination of guest list and RSVP service which includes sending out invites and tracking responses on your behalf as well as table /seating planning. Calligraphy and seating plans for the day are available at an additional cost.

11. Bridal preparation & relaxation (£50.00 per hour, maximum 2 hours)
Relax before your big day. You shouldn’t be running around doing last minute preparations. Leave that to us. We will coordinate a spa, makeup, manicure and or pedicure day for you to help you relax. You can do this with a friend, a group of friends or the bride and groom can have some “together” time before the big day. Just leave it to us. Full proposal and costing in writing.

12. Groom preparation & relaxation (£50.00 per hour, maximum 2 hours)
Relax before your big day. You shouldn’t be running around doing last minute preparations. Leave that to us. We will coordinate a night out, day at the racetrack, cooking event or whatever relaxes you. You can do this with a friend, a group of friends or the bride and groom can have some “together” time before the big day. Just leave it to us. Full proposal and costing in writing.

13. First night sourcing (£50.00 per hour maximum, 2 hours)
It’s the groom’s responsibility to book the first night hotel, but if you need a few suggestions and prices we will be happy to help. Just tell us your budget and we will propose the best venues for you. As part of this package we will secure the booking and send you all the details by whatever mode you prefer all you have to do is pay for the hotel and get you and your new wife there. Nothing could be easier and no one need ever know.

14. Full coordination of ceremony (£50.00 per hour, maximum 5 hours. Additional hours negotiated)

We know lots of brides and grooms out there are very busy and don’t have the time to dedicate to coordinate the day themselves because, let’s face it, you will be otherwise occupied getting married and enjoying a day that just speeds by. Tell us all the details and we will ensure it all goes to plan. After spending all those months planning the day of your dreams, trust us to make sure your wishes all come true. We will coordinate your day the way you want, because sometimes you just need a little help.

15. Full coordination of Wedding from start to finish. (15% of overall budget of your wedding)
We know lots of brides and grooms out there DO NOT have the time to dedicate to the hours/days months and even years it takes to plan and coordinate as well as source the best suppliers for their big day . We offer you the options and you just have to choose what you want. From the dress to the cake and the type of venue down to the flowers and beautiful napkin rings. Travel expenses will be billed @25p per mile and reasonable standard rate hotel accommodation if applicable and always in negotiation with client in advance. A deposit and a full contract is required on account if services are required.
